Shipping policy

Our products are shipped within 3-5 business days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

We do ship internationally as well as to P.O. Boxes and Military Mail (APO, FPO, DPO). Prices may vary. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

Every order is made to order so please allow 3-5 business days for your product to be processed and produced. You should receive an email notification once your product is shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging an item, you will still be responsible for the return shipping costs but you will be compensated with free shipping for your new item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
